We had an enjoyable stay at this hotel. The staff was very welcoming and accommodating - from the receptionist to the waiting staff, they made our stay very memorable. We loved the stunning garden view, especially the beautiful lakeside scenery that we had access to. The hotel facilities were clean, in good condition and the shower had a really good flow rate. The staff even accommodated my dietary restriction and provided me with customized gluten-free meals.

Spent New Year at a nice hotel. Really enjoyed the scenery and peaceful ambiance. The restaurant's menu had a good variety. We watched the beautiful view of the mountains with a warm fire in the background. there were lots of fun activities, like biking or tennis, offered on site.

The room was small and the pool was not maintained; it looked filthy, so swimming was out of the question.

The hotel offered some nice treats upon arrival and had stunning views of the surrounding scenery and grounds. the staff at reception were always incredibly helpful and friendly. the rooms have big beds and good Wifi connection. the shower had a really good flow rate, but it was in need of some updates.

The restaurant staff were not great — they were rude and unhelpful at times, despite the restaurant's reasonable prices.

We thoroughly enjoyed the relaxed and cozy ambiance in the evening that was created by the beautiful lights.
